today that the Company won the Large Cap category at the National
Association of Corporate Directors’ (NACD) inaugural NACD
NXT Recognition Awards. Newmont was chosen from among 25 nominated
boards of directors for excellence in harnessing board diversity and

to better navigate the rapidly changing business environment and
challenges of the future.
