Newmont Receives Inclusiveness@Work Award

On February 6, 2016, Newmont received the Inclusiveness@Work Award by the Center for Legal Inclusiveness (CLI), a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing diversity in the legal profession. The award was presented to organizations and individuals CLI believes are advancing diversity and creating inclusive workplace cultures.

In addition, enhancing global inclusion and diversity helps improve employee engagement while providing access to a broader pool of talent.”
