Considering an internship or full-time role with Newmont? We’d love to talk with you.

We recruit for technical internships and full-time positions throughout the year, extending the majority of offers to applicants in November and December.

For business-related internships and full-time positions, we recruit in January and February and extend offers in March.

All internships and full-time positions are posted on our website, and all candidates must apply online to be considered.

Students from all universities are encouraged to apply for positions. Our 2011-2012 interviews are scheduled at the following universities:

Why did you choose Newmont Mining for your internship?         

As a college freshman last year, Newmont hired me to work in Nevada for the summer. I had a great experience and learned a lot about the mining industry as well as a lot of the little things Newmont has done and is doing to improve the environment. This year I had three different offers for internships that were all competitive. I chose Newmont because they offered a competitive salary and, after last year, I would love to work for them again.
