At Newmont, we spend almost as much time scouting for the best and brightest interns as we do mining for the precious minerals buried beneath the Earth’s surface. Once we identify these aspiring professionals, we invest our time and resources in them during internship and career development programs that are intensive, structured and highly respected at the collegiate, company and industry levels. Because our people are our most valued resource, we think it’s one of the best investments we can make.
