An independent Advisory Panel has been established to provide input and advice to the ESR Committee of the Board of Directors for this initiative. The Advisory Panel is composed of individuals independent of the company and the communities that are being reviewed and evaluated during the program, coming from diverse institutional and geographic backgrounds, knowledgeable in the disciplines of mining and community development and relations, and well versed in the issues that Newmont faces at our operating sites and with host communities.

Given recent changes to the Working Group and project schedule, changes that will have some impact on the work plan and deliverables of the Advisory Panel, the Terms of Reference for the Panel is being reviewed. An updated version will be posted here once it is finalized.
